A short parenting course for those expecting a baby, or who already have a baby under one year.

This three-session course will help you:

1. develop positive attitudes for parenthood
2. form a strong attachment with your baby
3. manage lifestyle and relationship changes
4. build a support network for you as a parent

The course is free. A creche for children under five will be provided.
