About Us

aboutus

We are currently seeking God's guidance, through prayer and worship, as we move into the next phase of the growth of the church.

Originally, St. Peter's was built in 1913, as an Edwardian building. It was sadly closed as a place of worship but then re-established in 1988 after undergoing a major conversion and renovation.
Whilst the church was closed people continued to pray that God would move and the church re-open. Even visitors to the area prayed. A visiting Korean pastor saw the closed 'house of God' and he got to his knees in prayer in the grounds of the church asking God to rekindle passion in the people in this area, so that the church would be reopened and used to his glory once again.

St. Peter's has a history of being a place of prayer and a chapel is open on most days for people to use for prayer. In more recent years, as a church we have been learning how to bring the grace of God's healing to the wider community and to family life.

If you are thinking of joining us in West Harrow, and becoming part of St Peter's church, then now is a great time to do so.

We are excited and open-minded about what God has in store - and there's plenty of opportunity to get involved and for you to be a part of our family and of God's plan here in West Harrow.
