Rev Will Van Der Hart Vicar of St Peter's (Senior Leadership Team)
Will is married to Lucinda and they have two young children. Will is responsible for leading the church and developing its ministry and vision. Will believes in every member ministry and sees a large part of his role as enabling the gifts of the church and providing contexts for expression of these gifts.

Dr Mohan Seevaratman, Comissioned Lay Minister
Mohan is married to Sarah and they have three children. As part of the Medical Center Team he is already playing a huge part in the life of our church. Now our Commissioned Lay Minister Mohan is helping Will in broader areas of leadership as well as continuing to help us in our vision to be a thriving and diverse community church.

Androulla Michael,  Operations Manager
(Operations)
Androulla manages and coordinates the day to day running of the church including overseeing the administration, fabric, venue and church business. Androulla works alongside Will to instigate good planning and effective implementation of the work and vision of St Peter's Church. (Not available on Wednesdays)

Helen Bailey, Commissioned Kids' Pastor and Family Ministry Coordinator
Helen is responsible for the Kids' work at St Peter's. She oversees our teams of volunteers as well as leading and teaching groups herself. Helen ensures that all our work with young people is of the highest standard. Helen oversees the Youth Dept and the Family life of the church. She is also our Children's Advocate.

Jason Gardner, Youth Pastor

Jason has 20 years of experience in youth ministry and has a broad national ministry in the area of youth strategy. Jason is primarily working with our 14-19 age group but will also be involved with young adults and the St Peter's Evening Service. He is married to Rachel who runs the Romance Academy Ministry.

Marj Mott, Commissioned Senior Pastor, Pastoral Care Department
Marj is commissioned in pastoral ministry by the Diocese of London. She has many years of pastoral experience with a broad variety of age groups and has grown up children of her own. Marj heads up Pastoral Net and assists in overseeing and supporting other pastoral leaders in the church. She works alongside Will to coordinate the broad pastoral response of the church and to ensure that both team and congregation are receiving support and care.

Dave Inglis, Commissioned Men's Pastor, Pastoral Care Department
Dave is a highly experienced and gifted pastor who works locally in a branch of the NHS care in the community programme. He has a deep spirituality and an awareness of the power of God to transform our lives. Dave has a passion to support and encourage the men of the church in overcoming obstacles to freedom as well as reaching their potential as disciples of Jesus. He is married to Lori and enjoys walking and working on his allotment!

Sarah Scambler, Prayer Pastor
Sarah is a highly trained and experienced prayer pastor, previous chairwoman of Shalom Healing Mission and a member of St Peter's for many years. Sarah has a responsibility to develop and support all areas of prayer in our church including creative prayer, prayer ministry, Sunday service prayers and broader prayer meetings in the life of St Peter's.

Judith Smith, Church Counselling Professional, (Pastoral Care Dept)
Judith is a committed Christian and member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Judith offers Professional counseling on the St Peter's permesis for those who may be suffering with enduring emotional health issues, or those who feel stuck in life and want to move into greater freedom. Her sessions are pay for but her rates are exceptionally reasonable.

Karen Cochrane, Community Transformation Department Coordinator
Karen is tasked with the coordination of the community transformation department. This includes Cafe Revival, Knit and Natter, community social action, entertainments events like Burns Night, the Barn Dance, Murder Mysteries and the Village Fete.

Dan Tigg, Worship Department Coordinator
We frame everything we do in the context of worship. St Peter's has several different bands that lead worship at our different services as well as occasional musicians who lead in other contexts like Cluster meetings. The Worship Coordinator also seeks to develop and encourage new and younger worship leaders in their gifts and callings.

Church Wardens: Mrs Ann Gate and Mr Simon Hester (Senior Leadership Team)

Ann and Simon have wide ranging responsibility of the church and work closely with Will to ensure that all services, fabric and governance are in order. They work together to oversee each event that takes place in the church building and also provide a confidential listening point for church members.

Treasurer: Mr Gordon Cochrane (Senior Leadership Team)

Gordon is responsible for the oversight of the accounting and finance of St Peter's Church. He logs monthly accounts with the PCC and liaises with the office staff to ensure budgeting is effective and that good stewardship is a constant. Gordon can be contacted to discuss any issue relating tio the church finances including peoples personally desire to give effectively.

PCC (Senior Leadership Team)

The PCC (alongside the Vicar) is the Senior leadership team and is made up of 18 members of St Peter's Church. The PCC meet 8 times a year and has a responsibility to support of the vicar and the good governance of the church and its finances. The PCC members are also registered charity trustees. Charity Number: 1133874

Support Staff (Operations Dept)

We are very blessed to have some fantastic support staff who enable to smooth running of the St Peter's building. These are Chris our caretaker who locks up the building each night. Kathy who cleans the building each day and Lesley our gardener who keeps the grounds in great shape.
