Our Values

worship

We believe that having the freedom to worship God is the most awesome privilege.

The heartbeat of our church is to enable all people to participate in dynamic and vibrant worship. Within each of our Sunday services we generally have a time of sung worship. The worship team is headed up by Dan Tigg, as worship leader and co-ordinator. Other members of St. Peter's of all ages - we even have a worship team member as young as four years of age - are part of this great team. Some members of Soul Survivor Harrow are also part of the general worship team.
We believe that worship is a means of us coming to God to express our thanks and praise to him. Our worship includes drums and electric guitar, electric keyboard etc. Our musical influences include Tim Hughes, Matt Redman, David Gate, Nick Herbert and our own gifted leaders Simon Hester and Mick Warwick.

We also believe that worship is also not just singing out praise to God on a Sunday, in church,  true worship is intrinsic in the very way that we live each moment of each day, trying to 'worship' God by living our lives as God created us to be as his disciples.

If you are interested in being a part of the Sunday Worship team, then why not come and join us, and ask to speak to Dan Tigg our worship pastor, or to Ann or Simon; the current church wardens.
